The world isn’t what it seems...
When destiny calls, ordinary Andrew Rufus is ripped through time and pitted against unspeakable horrors.
A twisted magic has trapped Andrew’s mind in the body of Pecos Bill, the most powerful man alive, leaving Pecos powerless to stop the onslaught of Septimis the father of all snakes. Fighting as one man with Andrew at the helm, they must find a way for Andrew to use Pecos’s limitless strength to end the bloodshed. But even with Pecos’s herculean strength, will Andrew be strong enough to embrace the power and become the legend?

If that was annoying you’ll have a hard time listening. I made it 4 hours. I kept thinking it has to get better, this can’t be it. And maybe it does but based on how little has changed so far I think this magical coming of age story has a very long arc. Maybe if I start in book 5 it will be interesting.
It is not poorly written, as stories go everything is fine. I just don’t want to listen to whiny 13 yo hour after hour
I don’t understand the appeal of a complaining, whiny 13yo boy for hours
