About this listen

The Messenger and his people continue their long fight against the Golden, but the war has just begun.

When they discover reports of a missing colony ship, their search will uncover a crime so terrible that the battle lines will be drawn in blood. Following clues across the stars, Dash will bring the forces of his new navy to a cause that will only end in one of two ways: total victory or complete destruction.

There’s only room for one winner in this ever-expanding galaxy, and Dash aims for it to be him.

I'm in love with this story! I can't wait to start the next one and work on finishing the series!

Book 5 of The Messenger series. Again I will say that this series is a great read/listen for any science fiction fan. The plot, storyline, characters, character development, interactions, enemies - it just keeps getting better and better - and it doesn't add things in a chaotic manner. The entire series does a great job of staying organized, being believable, and at some point answering any concerns or questions you might have. After Book 4, I had concerns about power cores and the seeming lack of priority they now had - yeah, you might need to read the series before getting this. BUT at the end of this book they are once again becoming a priority - which makes sense. I just need to be patient. LOL

Read/listen to the series - you can do much worse, and I have. I also want to do a shout out to the narrator, Jeffrey Kafer. He does a great job with the narration. Very well paced, change of voice for each character - to the degree that you know who is speaking the first sentence is out of his mouth!! He is a great voice talent!!!

Keeps On Being Great

I love the Messenger Series, but $25 for just over 6 hours of content per installment is highway robbery.

Good Story + Great Performance, Far Too Short!

again I'm really liking the series but I'd love it if 2 were in one since they are so short.
