About this listen

Careful what you ask for, because Lucifer sees you when you’re sleeping. Spies when you’re awake. Knows if you’ve been nauseatingly good, so try to be bad for the devil’s sake.

Merry is determined to make Christmas special for her son. He hasn’t spoken or smiled since his father died, so she writes a letter hoping for a holiday miracle.

Dear Satan....

Her unfortunate error ensures her wish ends up in the wrong place. Worse? Satan answers her plea - after telling Santa where he can shove a candy cane. The devil knows just what Merry needs, and he has the perfect demon for the job.

Marduke’s mission is to deliver a hellhound puppy to a little boy, along with some tips on how to avoid getting eaten. What the devil’s kennel master doesn’t expect on this emasculating mission of kindness is Merry. A happy, optimistic woman despite all the strife in her life. It’s disgusting. Annoying. Tempting?

Usually, Marduke is all about destroying hopes and dreams - and letting his dogs pee on people while they’re down - but there’s something about Merry....

Love this series. This is a stand alone book with a good HEA. So want a hell hound.

Loved it

This was a very funny and spicy book. The heroine mistakenly sends a letter to Satan instead of Santa and he decides to grant her request. Merrie is a sweet mother of a son who no longer smiles since the death of his father. Satan sends his kennelmaster with a puppy and teaches the boy how to care for him. The grumpy Duke falls hard for Merrie and their romance is adorable, spicy and funny. The scenes with the devil and santa are hilarious. So much of this book had me laughing. A great entry, I picked up a few more. Narrator Troy Duran was perfect, romantic, grumpy and sexy.

Very Funny Romance

I bought this because it was narrated by Mr Duran. I'm glad I bought it and I'm glad I listened to it. Several smiles and wildly creative premise. It got 4 instead of five because a five is only for something I want to listen to again and again. If I come back to it a few more times I'll change the rating but honestly, the basis of the story was a little too uncomfortable (disagreed with my belief system but the name pretty much said that too) to think I'll want to listen again

Good purchase

Well, dyslexia can be annoying it seemed to have been the best thing for this single mom and little boy. The story was great and the narrator did an epic job of character voices and personalities.

I Loved Merry and Duke

I absolutely know when I read a Welcome to Hell book, laughter is a given. This book is no different. It is well worth the listen as is the entire series. Full of ribald jokes, obscenity, and love. Who (with a questionable sense of humor) could ask for more?!

Hilarious from start to finish
