Pleasantly surprised. This actually works!
After having a kid, getting a good night’s sleep became a thing of the past. Thanks to my toddler keeping me up at all hours. I was skeptical, but I picked up this book out of pure desperation, and wow, I’m glad I did! The hypnosis guidance is so calming, and it actually helps me switch off my racing thoughts.
