Amazing!

I've struggled with insomnia for YEARS and this book has been a huge help! I finally realized some of the actual reasons I have not been able to sleep - and the things actually keeping me awake. I loved all the terrific tips, especially resetting my circadian rhythm and creating a peaceful sleep environment.. both seemed to have helped! I'm finally getting restful nights and wake up feeling refreshed!

I was beginning to think it was hopeless, until...

I have seriously tried everything from white noise apps, TV, soothing music, even sleep aids, The quiet seems to be the perfect time for my mind to race! After learning more about insomnia, its root causes, and its common symptoms, I realized I was not alone. Then, I started practicing and using the strategies introduced in this book, and after a week, I started sleeping through the night. I still struggle, but if I remember quickly to try the techniques taught, I can get back to sleep before my mind wakes up! If you struggle like I do, give this book some serious consideration. Highly recommended.

There lots of great tips in this book that I can't wait to try! I especially can't wait to try the tips on how to fall back asleep once you wake up in the middle of the night. I like that this book touches on your life style because I know that is affecting my sleep. I highly recommend reading this if you have trouble sleeping!

Clear and actionable info to help you sleep well!

Even though I've never struggled with insomnia, my wife and other women that I know have been affected by this malady for years. The author organized and presented the information in this book in a way that made it easy to understand. Because of my wife's battle with insomnia, most of her ideas covering diet, exercise, light, meditation, stress/ anxiety, and bedroom design I already knew. I am thankful to be reminded of it, though, so I can share it with a new workplace friend with insomnia. The information concerning the new tech devices that help monitor and diagnose sleep patterns, heart rate, and respiration was new and exciting to me. I look forward to purchasing one for my wife to wear to bed this weekend. Thank you, Katy!

Finally, Restful Nights!
