Perfect for Relaxation and Better Sleep!
I’ve always had trouble winding down after a busy day, and this audiobook was a great find. Incredible Results for Better Sleep!

Puts me in a great headspace!!!!

The intro gives a really good brief description of what is going in here. Then the different chapters are a variety of different sound scapes for you to listen to when you want to feel very relaxed or find a deep sleep. I definitely felt peaceful and relaxed while listening to this audio book. Would recommend for anyone struggling with insomnia.
