Spiritually inspiring
This book & audible are a must for anyone looking to expand their spiritual knowledge and to learn why meditation is important and how different methods of meditation can be more effective than others. Kamlesh Patel, or Daaji, who is the author of this book, does a great job explaining complicated spiritual concepts in an easy to understand manner. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
The narrator also has a nice voice. And at 2x the speed, I got through this very fast. I also got the book for references as there is mention of certain diagrams that make more sense once visualized.
Overall, a great listen (and read) and highly recommended for spiritually inclined individuals.

way better than I expected!!!
I am not sure what I was expecting, but this was a beautiful book. I really liked the detail given on how to do what was explained and the PDF that came along with it was a nice addition to help visualize what was discussed.
I fell this is a must read for anyone who is juat curious or if you may already have knowledge and experience in this area.
Just go for it. I know everyone has a different perspective and we all have different tastes in just about everything, so what I say may not resonate with everyone who has already read this or may read it, but I think it's worth it to at least see what it may bring into your life. if it doesn't do much for you, then hey, you could have "wasted" the sane amount if time doing something way less beneficial in my opinion.
