About this listen

Hot bullies, busted cars, and the party of the year.

On an endless loop.

I don’t know how, but I’m living today over and over again.

Every year, the town of Devil Springs holds a celebration known as Devils’ Day.

There’s no magic, but there might as well be: We wear masks, we play tricks, we party hard.

Every year, the students of Crescent Reform School party the hardest.

They’re the lewdest, the most wanton, ribald, and lascivious.

Why shouldn’t they be? Our ultrarich prep school sits in the middle of the woods, a place for wealthy families to dump their black sheep.

Except for me.

My parents sacrificed everything they had to send me to Crescent Prep.

I can’t let Calix Knight, Barron Farrar, and Raz Loveren ruin that for me.

They’ve bullied me for years, and I’ve never known why.

At least today, they have something real to be pissed about.

I crashed my shitty yellow VW Beetle into Calix’s Aston Martin.

And somehow, someway, I keep waking up at the moment of the crash.

I can’t undo it; I can’t run from the Knight Crew.

My mantra has always been: This too shall pass.

But not today.

Not the worst day of my life.

Devils' Day Party is a 150,000-word mature high school/new-adult romance with enemies-to-lovers/love-hate themes. This is a contemporary story about a girl who lives the same day over and over again. This is a stand-alone novel, meaning it is one, complete story with no sequels.

I felt like I'm in a movie 🎥 so cool and unique ❤

There is no one who hasn't thought to herself "I wish I could lived that day forever"
There is no one who did not want to live in a moment again and again and again..
Well then Karma really did live that day forever, but she didn't choose it, and certainly not on Devil's Day.

But let's go back a bit - today's date is September 25th, Devil's Day in the town of Davis Spring.
This is a literally a holiday that is celebrated every year, but with the younger generation, they celebrate less for the reasons this day was created, and more for the sake of the celebrations themselves.
Every year, everyone dresses up, wears gruesome masks, dances around bonfires, gets drunk and high like there's no tomorrow.

But unlike the other years on Devil's Day celebration, Karma wakes up in her car after she collided with the car of one of the bullies at her High School, when she is bleeding from the head and is pulled from the car shouting "Are You Insane?!"
At first she thinks it's a deja vu feeling, she refuses to believe it and shakes off the delusional thought that she's stuck in a continuous loop.
But when she wakes up bleeding in her car time after time and is pulled out screaming by the bullies from her high school, she realizes that she is not hallucinating, she realizes that she is not imagining things and her new reality is to get up every time again at the Devil's Day celebrations.

What would you do if you got up for the same day all over again?
Because Karma has done everything. and I mean everything! everything you can imagine...

This book is one of the crazy and overwhelming books I've read😍
I enjoyed it so much that I forced myself to stop in the middle of reading just to try the audio version which was even more amazing than the reading 😍
Enemies and Haters to Lovers, Reverse Harem (rh)
I would even define it as a Fantasy or kind of Sci-Fi because of the cosmic loop, there's also bullying, strong h, a sea of surprising twists, a little dark (It was lighter for me😂) and a lot more but I'll stop because I've dug enough😂
An amazing book highly recommended and I wish I could rate it more than 5🌟

Groundhog day meets Halloween

I love the idea behind this book! Finally something a little different and not the same plot that's been used 5000 times! It's like Groundhog day meets Halloween. The time loop aspect is what made it so entertaining, I want to see what each day would bring.
I really liked the characters, but they were just missing something to make them amazing.
There were some times I found the MC annoying or repetitive, but for the most part I really enjoyed the book.

Re-Read

I usually don't re-read too many books because there are so many new ones to discover, but since this book focuses on Devil's day and has a Halloween vibe to it, I thought it would be a great time to read it again. This time I listened to the book on audible and it was great! That little bit of something the boys were missing the first time I read it was brought to life by the narrators.

Hot, hot, hot!

Very steamy, contemporary RH with PRN twist, MM, fast burn, GREAT PLOT, strong FMC
The duet narration style makes the performance quality very high. Both narrators have great voices and are great to listen to.

Kind of a good book

I didn’t read the the description before reading the book. It was recommended on TikTok because of the graphic scenes ;). At first I was like wtf because the characters are so cliche!! But as the book progresses the story thickens and they begin to grow on you. The only part I didn’t like about the book was fact that it takes place in high school and also the male narrator is the same voice for all three male characters. The voice is some sentences sounds like Peter Griffin doing an impression of the monopoly man or an oil barren. I will definitely be reading more by the this author!

It’s the Groundhog day of hell of a day.

I liked the time loop trope; it feels like déjà vu, yet still manages to be original.
In the end, the only issue I had with this book it’s the high school situation. Calix, Raz, Barron, and Karma have strong, distinct,well-developed personalities, but it doesn’t quite fit within the story.
