About this listen

Sometimes, what happens in Vegas doesn't stay there.

Callyn Stott wakes up from a night-out at her friend Lara's Bachelorette party in Vegas with a hangover...and a wife. She's not really sure how she and her best friend Emma got hitched, only that they did, and it's completely and totally legal. Callyn is used to getting in and out of scrapes, but this one takes the cake.

Further complicating matters, Emma suggest that they stay married for "financial reasons" that don't really hold water. Not wanting to argue, Callyn agrees. The situation gets even more confusing when Callyn has to move out of her apartment, and where is she going to stay? With her fake wife, and best friend, of course.

It's not like anything is going to happen. Things between the two of them have always been strictly platonic and best-friendy, right? Emma hasn't been secretly in love with Callyn her whole life and has just been waiting for Callyn to notice. No, surely not.

Will Callyn get her head out of her ass and see what's right in front of her, or will she live the rest of her life oblivious that the one person she's always wanted is already there?

ADHD and Friendship/love

Man... where do I start?.... As a person who suffers from severe ADHD, this hit home like no other story. It was as if I was listening to a story loosely based on my life lmaoooo. Emma's character reminded me of my Fiancee and how much patience it requires to be with someone like me. I also loved the way their interactions were written to be so... realistic, with the funny weird parts between sex and all! lol.

I laughed, cried, and deeply related.

Great story well written.

I loved it! And I'm sure you will, too.

Liked it, hated it

The girls Sounded like the relationship of “Romy And Michele's High School Reunion”

Book was okay but disappointed Cameron felt the need
1. to dumb down the girls. Maybe it worked for them to accidentally get married. Bits of the lead, her character sounded cheap at time.

2. Some parts seemed to be written by a guy.

Overall Always happy to see a new work from Cameron.

Very Cute!

I didnt know this author and the sample of the narration didn't blow me away, but I was still intrigued enough to purchase the audiobook. It didnt take long to get used to the narrator and eventually I thought she did a great job with the main characters' voices. I really enjoyed this book. The story was very cute and the sex scenes were good and I love Vegas and dogs and lesbian romance so this was a great listen for me! I'm glad I gave it a try! if you think you'll like a best friends get drunk and married in vegas then stay married kind of tale with some humor and lots of sex, get this book :)

sweet

Ms Cameron has knocked this ball clear out of Fenway. A sweet and spicy love story that's entirely entertaining. No drivel, angst or tedium here! Narration was excellent with good character separation. Six stars if I could.
