Are your hands blue when it's 70 degrees?

If so, then you might have Raynaud's Syndrome. Fingers, hands, and other extremities always cold? Then you might want to picj up this book, and see if you might qualify as having Raynaud's Syndrome. The book is short, less than 15 minutes, and so you should be able to make a quick determination about your health status fairly quickly after geting the book.

Trevor Clinger fights his feeling of frostbite on his fingers to read this book to you. He is very easy to follow, and when he is done you will have a good idea as to whether or not you have Raynaud's Syndrome. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.
