Megan is the real deal!
Her meditation class was one of the first group meditation sessions that I was ever a part of. The experience was magical and very easy to understand. I'm glad that she reiterates on those points in this book. Get a copy for yourself and for your friend that seems to constantly be going through drama in their life. This will help!

Yes! Yes! Yes- I needed this
FIRST let me start by saying I would consider myself "a skeptic" "the opposite of woo woo" right alongside someone who has "no time to even THINK let alone meditate". I have two little kids a full time job, a side hustle and a husband - It feels like the sort of season in life where I cant even find a time to pee by myself let alone sit on a small round cushion (before reading I figured this was a necessity to reach a zen state) for 30 mins and meditate...
NOW let me say that I LOVED this book. I found myself on a camping trip with no wifi and kids asleep at 8 in the tent, so I took out a headlamp and dove in. Megan makes meditation feel extremely light & accessible. The tactics in the book are do-able and fun. I realized I was putting so much judgment on myself for how "bad" I am at meditating which after reading I know is SILLY.
Such a breath of fresh air! I cannot recommend enough!
