A Constance Source of Inspiration & Spiritual Best Practices

good, but a bit presumptuous
it's a fun book full of decemt philosiphical advice, and the author is cool and tells good stories. I could feel her ego abbit too much though, which makes this book a little bit annoying for some. tried to listen with my wife, but she couldn't stand the self glorification.
