in the synopsis it appeared that this was the whole book covering all of the chapters. It is only one, covering airway. I'm glad this was used for my free trial or I would have felt mislead.

where is the rest of the chapters?

First 10 minutes of the book and three things he stated was incorrect (decompensated shock, breathing rate of an infant and respiratory failure). I know this guy is trying to help people pass the NREMT but this is the opposite of helping.

incorrect information

It’s only one chapter. Waste of money. False advertising. The information in the one chapter is what you would already know if you attended an EMT class.

It’s only 1 chapter

I dislike this app because I paid fo 3 audio lessons and did not get them I would not recommend this app to anyone. Now I have to find a way to get a refund

Can’t get the audio lessons that I pay for

This guy says he failed the NREMT test 3 times and I now see why. The information that he provides in this study guide is inaccurate. Be weary of this and use the information from your text because this will steer you in the wrong direction.

Inaccurate

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Not an effective study tool. Weak content, annoying voice. This is not the work of an educator, it's someone scraping by to pass a test

Meh

What would have made EMT Basic Audio Study Guide better?

Have it peer reviewed before published.

What could Robert Ayala have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Review the information provided... ie. % of oxygen in atmosphere might not be 78% as stated in audible book. Great intent... however I strongly suggest the 'facts' stated in this book it gets reviewed and scrutinised as well as the future episodes in this series.

What three words best describe Robert Ayala’s performance?

Great voice, easy to listen too. great Tone & pacing.

A Few fact errors

What disappointed you about EMT Basic Audio Study Guide?

Some of the information is clearly wrong. For example the author states that the air we breathe is composed of 78% oxygen and 21% nitrogen. That is clearly incorrect. Ambient air is composed of 21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen.

What could Robert Ayala have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

This book needs to be completely fact checked. I have been an EMT for years and my wife is an ER doctor. We both listened to this book in disbelief at some of the information. Additionally, the author makes statements like "insert the prongs of the nasal cannula the correct way" but never actually tells the reader which way that is.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disbelief.

Any additional comments?

This book will not help someone pass the national registry exam and is inaccurate in some of the information provided. Such glaring errors could put a patient at risk. I want my money back.

Lots of erroneous information

I thought that I was paying for an audible book that would help me and all it did was go over a couple of things and then say thank you for listening stupidest time ever wasted I want my money back
