This is a great book if you're looking to improve your communication skills whether for work or personal. There's not much to gain if you already know how to talk with those around you but still worth the listen, if just as a refresher, to make sure the skills you know are being used. If you're looking for a guide to help you communicate better then you should really check this out. The narration was good, nice pace and pleasant voice.

I was able to take away a lot of helpful information from this. This audiobook would be beneficial to anyone who wants to master communication skills. I found it to be very helpful with both my marriage and in the workplace. Highly recommend. I received a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

if you struggle with communication, there is a lot of good information in here. It gives you a great understanding of how to treat people properly and how really flourish in all social situations. I have always been an introvert myself. I have been very shy since I can remember and truly connecting with people was always a struggle. There was a lot for me to take away from the info. I feel like I am now slowly able to come out of my shell more and more.

I would definitely recommend this audiobook!

Let me start by saying that I got this book for free.

This could be consider a good book if never had any kind of soft skill training, since it teach you the meaning of open questions, how to engage to get a response and how to have more meaningful conversations. But if you already have that training, it may seem meaningless the content of the book. Either way I will not let my previous knowledge taint my review of the book, I'm giving it 3 stars because its well structured, well written and has good enough knowledge to share.
