Interactive exercises are great!

Having great Conversation Skills makes life easier

If you deal with people improving your Conversation Skills is a must and so is this book. I know I have had times when I was totally misunderstood from a conversation I had with someone at my job, sometime you want to blame the person that didn't understand but I know I must take responsibility for how my message is perceived and that what I want to say is understood.
This book helps with small correction I never considered.

Excellent book!

I really enjoyed listening to this book. Excellent advice on how to navigate various social and business conversations. Includes listening skills, non verbal communication, and practicing for difficult conversations. I highly recommend this for anyone.

Great book to improve your communication

“The Calm Communicator: Learn How to Talk to Anyone, Improve Your Conversation Skills, and Manage Anxiety to Have Deep, Meaningful Conversations” is an excellent guide who would like to improve their social communication skill or overcome social anxiety. As a person who has social communication problem, I found the book helps me to gain confidence and learn tips and skills to be confident in front of other people and build strong relationships with others. I also learn the importance of nonverbal cue which is often overlooked by many people. Highly recommend.

Calm Communicator

If you feel you could communicate better or just aren't comfortable around strangers, you're not alone. To make communication even more complex people have different styles that benefit you to recognize. One key technique in the book that I learned is how to get over the feeling that I don't have anything to say. Since I benefited from so many points the author shares, I'd recommend putting this on your listening list.

Great resource for public speakers!

The author Alec Cooper provides a breath of fresh air in this book if you want to polish up your public speaking and communications skills. There were many techniques presented in the book to enhance your communication, understand your audience, be a good listener, and more. t also addresses anxiety in social situations, which some people have. I would recommend this book to anyone who gets a bit nervous if speaking in front of large or small groups, kids or adults - it doesn't matter, ad Cooper has tips and techniques for most situations. The narration was very good and kept me engaged!

Love it

I think everyone should read this book. It would be great if our schools taught it to young people. It talks about important things like understanding others, knowing yourself, asking why five times, setting clear goals, knowing who you're talking to, and really listening. If you start using these tips early in life, they can help you in every relationship. I'm going to apply what I've learned and see how it improves my life. It's a journey that never ends. Overall, it's a great read and helpful guide.
