About this listen

In a world where monsters and humans struggle to coexist, Alex thought he had everything under control. With his loyal lovers Leeha and Bridget by his side, they navigated the turbulent waters of Boromour. But then, Sara enters the picture, a wild catgirl who is determined to prove her worth to the group.

As they try to make sense of their complicated relationships, Alex discovers that the world is more complicated than he ever imagined. God, the ruler of their world, has a plan for everyone, but not everyone is content to follow blindly. The angels, who are supposed to be the workforce of God, are starting to question their role in the grand scheme of things.

Alex and his group find themselves in the middle of a brewing conflict, one that threatens to shatter the delicate balance of Boromour. With monsters and angels pitted against each other, Alex must fight to gain freedom for the planet he loves.

But freedom comes with a cost, and Alex is about to discover that the price might be too high. As he delves deeper into the mysteries of his world, he finds himself facing off against monsters, angels, and even God himself. But with his loyal companions by his side, Alex is ready to take on whatever challenges come his way.

Join Alex and his girls as they fight for what they believe in, in a world where nothing is as it seems. With danger lurking around every corner, they must rely on their wits, strength, and love to survive. Will they emerge victorious, or will they fall in the face of overwhelming odds? Only time will tell in this epic adventure.

This series contains the unabridged text, mayhem, monster girls, fluffy tails, and just plain lots of magic.

good series

this was the 4th book in the series and I liked it very much . usually characters and writing gets stale by the 4th book. but this is still going strong. of course narration is excellent by true proffessionals.

Good 4th book in the series

In this fourth book MC finds himself in the middle of several good fights and several new species. He uses his abilities to conquer new foes, and to bring different races together in peace. I know this sounds boring, but it’s actually full of fighting intrigue and adventure like I said, it’s a good fourth book in the series.

Good Story

I enjoyed the story and will most likely continue on with future books. The only real issue I have with the series seems to be getting worse with each, even after a solution is found and used on rare occasions. MC even points out how useful the solution is only for it to not be used again. This issue may be a personal taste thing and to each their own, it has turned me away from similar style of books before. Issue is strings being repeated multiple times back to back throughout each book.

"I'm going to pad my word count repeating this line"
"I'm going to pad my word count repeating this line"
"I'm going to pad my word count repeating this line"
"I'm going to pad my word count repeating this line"
"I'm going to pad my word count repeating this line"
"I'm going to pad my word count repeating this line"

I get it. I got it in book 1. I completely agree with the solution used only a couple of times in the books.

"I'm going to pad my word count repeating this line" x6

That makes for smoother story and better feel in the book. I can understand doing it the other way with something new or something altered in such a way as to make sense, but almost every time is annoying and less likely to continue the series each time I have to go through that. Again, personal taste thing and all that. I may just be me. I will say at this point the story itself mostly overshadows that and I do plan to continue with next book.

Story is fine. Voice acting? Not so much

I’ve enjoyed the ebook installments of this yarn, but have to scratch my head at the choice for the MC character. Yeah, the “snark factor” is indeed a thing, but more so are the sudden WAY overplayed, out-of-context emotional outbirsts. Try as I may to “get” where the actor for the male MC is going with their performance, I keep coming back to “the MC and the actor performing the MC are NOT compatible”.

Honestly - it feels as though the MC voice actor views it as “Meh, Just another HaremLit job, so no need to do more than the bare minimum”.

I honestly liked this tale as an ebook, but the decision to hire this male voice actor may be a serious mistake
