I throughly enjoyed this book. It has fantastic information and direction for anyone who wants to resolve issues that they have been both carrying around and struggling with. The book is easy to understand and the techniques are easy to follow. The performance was definitely good. Content was superb and when listened to its entirety it gives direction and hope.

The book spends almost 5 full chapters trying to sell you on EFT. No real techniques, very little discussion of process for the first half of the book. The frequency of repeating that it "just works" and similar sentiments makes EFT feel like snake oil, and I know it is not.
If you want a resource for your clients or for yourself, this isn't it.
