I am struggling on how to deal with my sister. She does a lot of unpleasant things and I want to let go those wrong doings of her. I listen this book because I really want to help my sister, impressively it answered my why's and how's so right after finishing the book I did the guidelines I learned on how to understand her. As a result, my sister is a better person now than before she can also manage her emotions and I think that's a big improvement. Thanks to this great book my sister and I are in good terms now!
