Publisher's summary

Sylvan forms an alliance with the neighboring Snowcrest wolf Pack after an attack on Snowcrest by creatures from beyond the veil and sends a cadre of warriors to aid in training the Snowcrest soldiers to defend against the next attack. Trent, one of Sylvan's lieutenants, understands her duty but can’t deny the primal call of another Were, even if Zora is the Alpha of the Snowcrest Pack and any relationship between them risks inter-Pack war. When Sylvan receives an unexpected summons - couched in the form of an invitation to parlay - from Cecilia, Queen of Faerie, she decides to cross into Faerie despite Drake’s misgivings and against the advice of her war council. The Timberwolf stronghold has never been breached, but this time the enemy is shielded by dark magic and no one is safe.

Narrator

Although I like Keira Grace, they should have stuck to Maxine Mitchel who narrated the first 6 books… her voice was better for these. Keira deepening her voice just doesn’t cut it for me… kind of changes the whole feel of the story. Gonna get #8 to continue the story m, but will have to bare with Keira Grace… sorry, not sorry!

Loved it

Yes loved this book. Although it wasn't Maxine Mitchell's voice, Kiera made the character's come alive and sound like the sexy mythical creatures they are. I think we should read about Franchesa redemption that she gets over being upset, maybe a love interest she can not help but to make a mate or consort.

Great series

Love the character growth over the entire series. A lot better narration than the previous book. I wish this book had been combined with Rogue Hunt. Both were too short.

to short but good

the last two novels should have been one and the old narrator is needed back. without her the characters are bland and do not have the same emotional impact as the first four books.

Is this the last book?

Girl, I love your books, but this one. I felt this book was rushed. By the time I was familiar with the characters, the book ended. Off to my next Adventure.

Beautifully Done

The matriarchal world building and character development throughout the series has been *enchanting*. This series was the first of this specific genre I’ve experienced and enjoyed. I sincerely hope to see where these stories travel to next— too invested in these characters to not hear from them again in Radclyffe’s world. More pretty please!!

Too short & bring back the original narrator

Good continuation of the series but way to short. It truly did notndevelop the love story as done jn precious books.

Please bring back the original narrator because the person reading needed a little, no a lot of help. I guess we got spoiled with the past narrator, she was so good

miss maxine characters

I've invested in these books for so long and I'm so used to Maxine's portrayal of the characters books. its strange that the book sounds so unfamiliar I wish the author would allow the original narrator to continue her books, the last 2 books have been disappointed in the audible setting.
