Is anybody out there?

After a long winter spent hunkering down in Wyoming, Bree, Nate, and the gang are back on the road. Would you consider the audio edition of Escalation to be better than the print version?

Yes. Reader really good for main character and does a great job with guy voices

Super series! Really enjoy this author's works. Except. Bisexual lead character getting old. Author stuck this in maybe to titillate but it's a turn off IMO. Still 5 stars though for overall unique story.

Absolutely binging these book!
Love the storyline and all the characters just finished the third one now I'm on to the fourth one. At times I swear the author wrote about me and my husband LOL

Tess as always a great narrator. I have several books that I've listened to where she narrates and these books she does 100% Justice to!!

I'm finishing a book everyday and a half I'm afraid I'll run out before I know it. I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop and me to start bawling like a baby let's hope it doesn't happen to the storyline. I'm just afraid because books this good never stay that's good, but it's definitely not disappointing right now!!

You know when you start to read something and then you realize that oh, now I have to finish it? This is that type of book. However, I am not too upset that I am going finish the series.

I really do think this has becoming my favorite zombie series of all time. I love the accuracy of the science, the character development, the villains, and pacing. I finished this book in one setting the day it came out. I am probably going to read 4, I don't think I can wait for the audio book.
This is one of the first zombie books written with a female lead that didn't have me gritting my teeth. Bree is relatable, competent without perfection, and best of all evolving! She is growing with the series.
My favorite things about these books as both a Soldier and a scientist, is that both the combat and microbiology is done so well!
