Very insightful
I have a friend with cholesterol issues and this will help so much, myself included so I can better understand the topic. It's an eye opening listen with the author's personal experience and how his journey will build your confidence so you can get back on your feet and take control of your life. I love this book for its mixture of personal stories, cold hard facts, and awesome strategies to turn your life around. High cholesterol is something a lot of people suffer from and it can be detrimental if not taken care of. This is a great place to get started.

An informative listen
This book talks a lot of LDL cholesterol and affects it has on the body. It lists a factors that are postulated by doctors on how this is an issue on a person's health. However it fails in many ways where information is outdated and is lapsed due to how HDL and LDL are relative to each other as an example. Just as the symptoms section has pointed that HIGH LDL is one factor of the ending results. Please consult your doctor. Also, the information about high cholesterol is somewhat slanted because the graphs and standards are based on an average of people. So take the information in this book as guidance.

Excellent Book!
"Everything You Need to Know to Lower High LDL Cholesterol" was full of information. This book isn't just for people with high LDL cholesterol but also to keep your LDL cholesterol from rising. Some subjects covered are signs and symptoms, causes, dealing with health, trying to be fit and healthy, information about cholesterol, and home remedies, to name a few! I would recommend this audiobook to everyone!

Should Bear Relevance
Getting older is never easy. As our bodies change, so does our mindset and as does our awareness in regards to this. Sometimes it is hereditary, but there are many other factors to consider. Such as lifestyle choices, habits, hobbies, addictions, etc. Since heart problems are very common on my old man's side of the family, I have made personal choices to help alleviate this possibly, i.e. choosing not to smoke and regular exercise. I can safely confess that I have never touched a cigarette in my life. This book was an interesting listen that gives insight into heart health and tells it in an autobiographical format. I believe that this should bear relevance to people of all walks of life who want to live long, healthy lives and take away the potential worries of heart health.

I loved this book, but its is half family love story and half cholesterol health guide, so a little confusing, but it gives a great human side to the health information. Lots of of good health information about how to take care of yourself and lower cholesterol naturally.
