Insightful!
I have heard about shadow work and was always interested, but I had no idea how to start. I found this book to be the perfect guide. I enjoyed learning about the principles of shadow work. This allowed me to have a deep understanding of how it really works.
The section I loved the most was the meditation and mindfulness practices. This was an emotional journey that I recommend to everyone. This book was well thought out and well narrated.

Though this book, you will find a useful tips and a personal guide to your journey to inner peace, you’ll learn to embrace and own your darkness, to healing and embracing your wholeness. .A truly wonderful book, and with impeccable timing. The book is well written, and very informative, the passion and knowledge found through the text added depth and enjoyment. Extremely Helpful!
I had heard about shadow work and how helpful it could be, but never had a clear understanding of how to do the work until now.
The book helps you understand so much about the things that trigger you or the things you don't necessarily like about yourself and how to process these things in ways that are life-changing.
You will have plenty of guidance to help you along the way from journal prompts to questions to ask yourself when certain emotions come up during your day-to-day activities.
It's a guide that has practical applications you can use every day to help you embrace and love who you really are, and I strongly urge anyone who wants to learn to love every part of themselves to get the book!

Excellent book
I just started my shadow work journey and I appreciate how clear and concise this is. Especially the descriptions of our shadows. Insightful Book on Spiritual Growth
I have done a little dabbling in shadow work here and there, but never to this extent to what the book covered. I really appreciate how the author made the book beginner friendly for those who have never done shadow work before and really goes into how childhood can affect our psychologiacal development as adults. Best of all the healing! There are so many helpful tools in this book to aid in self healing, creating a private practice, and journaling mindfuly. Amazing book!

Intriguing
This was a new topic to me, and Im glad I as introduced to it. Women all over can use this guide to intuitively awaken their spirituality and empower themselves through the use of positive forces deep inside. There are ways that we can awaken our inner strength and be who we want to be, however, we are ignorant of many of these things. The author has delved into this world that will make us blossom into the beautiful and strong creatures that we are. This book will make a great gift too. Good job!

Great guide for beginners
I really enjoyed listening to this book and learned a lot. I think it’s an excellent guide for spiritual growth and healing. It helps to understand our “shadow self” and spiritual growth. I believe it’s essential to look further than our daily life; we sometimes have to look for other alternatives, and this book breaks down the different ways we can do so. I think it would be an excellent book for a beginner like myself and for people who already practice shadow work.
