I’m glad I listened to this book instead of reading it. It focuses on body empowerment and permanent weight loss through hypnosis and affirmations. One aspect that stood out to me was the emphasis on the power of mindset in transforming one's state. The book’s affirmations drive home the importance of adopting a positive and empowering mindset to achieve lasting results.
What I found particularly helpful was listening to this book with sound blocking headphones. This allowed me to fully immerse myself in the meditation and hypnosis sessions without any distractions. This made the experience more effective and conducive to achieving the desired outcomes. How you think of and treat yourself…and also how you reinforce it…matters in the long run.
