Great book!
I bought it out of curiosity since I had no idea that hypnosis might help me lose weight; instead, I learned through this book that, in contrast to many other weight-loss methods, it can keep you from thinking about food. It is a pretty great manual for weight loss that doesn't include too many dietary limitations.
