Breathing exercises
The only thing this book does is help me fall asleep. I do breathing exercises in yoga, I don’t need an audio book for that. The advice wasn’t anything new, just a pep talk.

please don't listen to this book
The narrator barely tries to get you into a deeper state. Then she spews cliché after cliché.... nothing substantial or that you haven't heard before..... back in the 80s. It's old beliefs and messages. I stopped after 5 minutes and tried a different chapter, but she states many negative messages like how hard this is and how people look down on the overweight....YOU DO NOT want to use hypnosis to reinforce this negativity. This is a must skip.

It isn't hypnosis...just someone reading a script
I was extremely disappointed. This is why hypnotherapy gets a bad rap because this isn't hypnosis, it's just someone reading a bad script. Why would anyone want to reinforce in their subconscious mind that the world is 'scary'? Why would someone who claims to be a professional choose to reinforce negativity of any kind?
It was poorly planned and the execution left a lot to be desired. IF Zara wants to have an effect on people, she should either record herself reading the script so maybe there will be the appropriate intonations... but then again... this wasn't hypnosis so it was just a big waste of time. I'm really sorry I had to write this, but people need to know.

Not for people who are just trying to lose weight
This seemed more like a read for people who can’t control their eating. No for someone just trying to lose a pound or 2
