Keto Knowlede

This was very refreshing. Having been on keto and wavered from it, I was so encouraged hearing the principles that provide so many health benefits.

As I listened, I became convinced that the best version of myself is ahead of me. I will make a plan, prepare, get excited and enjoy my weight loss/better health journey.

Very well demonstrated! Inspires optimism!

I just listened to this book in completion for the third time. It is straight forward and doesn’t sugarcoat offering promises that are unlikely. Many choices. Many examples & bonus at the end with addition of intermittent fasting. Even offered several options on it. I love how she gives you the Don’ts first. So the Do’s are a reward for staying on track. Bravo!!!

Excellent read! Very helpful! Explains keto and fasting and how they affect your body. Gives dos and dont’s of which foods are best for best results.
