Publisher's summary

Torn between two men... When I woke up after the accident, I couldn't remember anything from the last year - including my relationship with Max Hallowell or anything about Nate Crane. Now my memories are returning, but instead of answering my questions, they're leaving me with more.

The man who broke my heart and wants to be my future... Max is all I ever wanted, and now he wants to marry me. He'll do everything he can to fill my life with love, family, and security. I need those things now more than ever. But can I trust him?

The man who stole my heart and wants to let me go... Nate never made me promises, and I never asked him to. I'd been on the rebound, looking for a distraction, and he made me feel beautiful and wanted when I needed to feel those things most. He says he has to let me go, but what if I can't let go of him?

With every revelation and every passing day, I feel more like Alice down the rabbit hole. I'm falling. Who will catch me?

Fall to You is the second book in the Here and Now series. It is not a stand-alone and is intended to be listened to following Lost in Me. Hanna's story concludes in book three, All for This.

This book broke me and built me up!

This book took me through such a roller coaster... I fell in love with each of the characters and never had a book leaving me wanting everyone to get a HEA! The amazing thing about this author is she is thorough enough to continue creating books wit every character so soon everyone will be given their own HEA! Listen and then go ahead and read all of this authors books especially everything in the new hopes family! You will not be complete until u do!

My heart was racing but I loved it

What did you love best about Fall to You?

I never knew what was going to happen.

Any additional comments?

Even though I did not agree with all the character's behaviors, I enjoyed it a lot. I am so leery of love triangles, but this one I enjoyed.
This story was intense. It is told in three different POVs. Max, Hannah, and Nate's.
The narrators did a good job. I think Gabriel Vaughn did Nate's voice which was good, but sometimes her sounded so intense. Piper Goodeve did an amazing job.

Such Insights with the Three Different Viewpts

This is one awesome series! Lexi Ryan is an amazing storyteller who understood exactly what her readers needed in Book 2 of the Here and Now Series. Lost in Me ended with many unanswered questions, and Lexi uncovers a lot of the missing pieces in Fall to You. Switching between before and after Hanna’s accident, readers get three different perspectives in order to understand how everything played out between Hanna, Max, and Nate and where things will head now that some of the truths are revealed.

Heading into Book 3, there are still a few questions that remain unanswered, and there’s no way to tell if Hanna or readers will ever learn those truths. What I do know is that Hanna has a difficult decision to make, and, at this point, there’s no clear cut winner. When it’s all said and done, someone is going to be the odd man out, and it’s going to hurt like hell to experience it through their eyes.

Piper, once again, does a fantastic job of expressing all of Hanna's frustrations and hurt. Listeners clearly understand the dilemma that Hanna is in due to her feelings for two men and the memories she still doesn't remember and as new surprises are revealed, Hanna's barely holding on and Piper shows that in her broken words and whispers. I also enjoyed the two male perspectives because it allowed Max and Nate's words to be brought to life more so than I could do by just reading it.

Fall to You is an amazing sequel. The main characters are even more developed, which provides readers further insights into their hearts and their minds. The back and forth between past and present works extremely well because we need to understand all that happened before the accident to help define the events that are occurring after it. I’m sure Book 3 is going to leave us even more perplexed before key facts are learned, but that’s exactly what keeps readers’ interest. Whether you’re Team Nate or Team Max, All for This is going to be one interesting read!

Now what?

While I'm not ready to end my journey with Hanna, Max and Nate I'm starting to get frustrated and bored with the back and forth repeat of the same story-line. I really want to like Hanna and I was sympathetic to her position in the beginning but even I'm getting bored with her indecision. I'm having a hard time believing that both Max and Nate are so willing to keep hanging on the line with no frustration as she toys with them both. Can we please get an answer? Who's it going to be? Of course, now I'm so entwined in this story that I have to read the final book to see where she ends up but I'm not looking forward to the final book as much as I was looking forward to this one. The story is beginning to lose substance...

Confusing and Redundant

Someone said that you had to listen to each book in sequence. The first 1/4 of this book was a repeat of the first book. Where I could tell what was happening in the first book even though the author jumped around with the story, I had a bit of trouble in the second book. Where I was excited for Hanna to make a choice in the her life partner in the first book, by the end of book 2, I was over it. I agree this worked okay with two books, it could easily have been done in one book.

PHEWEE, I'M EMOTIONALLY DRAINED & LOVED EVERY WORD

More heartbreak, revelations, romance, tender and loving sex, secrets, twists and another shocking cliffhanger as the drama continues in Hanna's life but this time we get to hear what Nate and Max are thinking and feeling too. This is where the three narrators come in and they did a fantastic job in injecting all the emotional turmoil, heartache and passion that this bitter-sweet love story calls for. As with book 1, this too is told in flashbacks of before the accident then back to present day events.

I am so wrapped up in where this story will end..... will she choose gorgeous Max who's been so loving, supportive, sweet and he deeply loves her or will she choose vulnerable Rock Star Nate who's been emotionally damaged by his past but who desperately wants her to choose him. I can't wait to find out the conclusion to this beautiful and torture filled love story and thank Audible that I don't have to because they're all here ready to be devoured one after another then sighed over, savoured and appreciated.

As I reluctantly finished book 1, processed the emotional torment of what I had just listened to and the shocking news it brought and then, as I eagerly and frantically started this book, I had high hopes that it would be as good as the first one and Lexi Ryan didn't disappoint..... it was.

Worth a credit? Errr that would be a definitely, positively and abso.......lutely YES.

It's all good but Hanna really pisses me off! I'm a one man woman so I hate most of the book but love it at the same time! #teamNate
