Dr Issacson gives facts, tools and hope

Essential reading for anyone with concerns about Alzheimer’s. Easy to understand. Easy to follow directions (literally) on how to live your life cognizant of what a healthy-brain style of living means. And how to incorporate this style into your life for a better chance for living a long healthier life. His calm approach to tackling Alzheimer’s from every possible angle gives you lots of different chances to ward off or fight back what ever stage you’re at for yourself or a someone you care deeply about. Excellent advice, excellent read. Highly recommend.

Great information skillfully delivered

My grandfather (and our family) struggled with Alzheimer's. The good news from this course is that there is a great deal you and your loved ones can do to prevent or delay A. Dr. Isaacson draws from the latest research and his extensive clinical practice to provide positive practical tools for maintaining brain health. His talks are lively and fascinating. A pleasure to listen to and a wealth of information.
