Essential reading for anyone with concerns about Alzheimer’s. Easy to understand. Easy to follow directions (literally) on how to live your life cognizant of what a healthy-brain style of living means. Great information skillfully delivered
My grandfather (and our family) struggled with Alzheimer's. The good news from this course is that there is a great deal you and your loved ones can do to prevent or delay A. Dr. Isaacson draws from the latest research and his extensive clinical practice to provide positive practical tools for maintaining brain health. His talks are lively and fascinating. A pleasure to listen to and a wealth of information.
