Awesome starting point for reducing inflammation!

"Flat Belly Anti-Inflammatory Diet for Beginners" by Dr. Amanda Borre is a superb guide for its target audience. Dr. Borre goes to great lengths to ensure everything about this book is practical. Therefore, the recipes are straightforward, and the meal plans are easy to implement. Dr. Borre also focuses on affordability - eating healthy doesn't need to be super expensive!

This audiobook has a bunch of notable real-world success stories in it that can give a bit of extra motivation to the listener. However, they are all presented in service of encouraging you to make smart lifestyle changes. There's a lot of talk in the media about why inflammation is bad and that we need to find ways to reduce it. But a lot of people just say "eat healthy" and move on, leaving everyone without a starting point for what "healthy" actually is. Dr. Borre's guide is an excellent resource for anyone who actually wants to make substantive changes in their health but doesn't know where to start.
