Excellent Resource
Marusya Wellness has written a tremendous book and the narration by Rachael Doolen is top notch. In fact while listening i was taking notes and almost never had to pause or rewind to make sure i retained the information.
My husband shared this book with me and i found it to be extremely useful. I turned 40 2 years ago and am staring down the prospect of being an empty nester soon. I wanted to make sure i attack those years instead of just get through them. This book and its low inflammation information is going to help me do just that.
Focusing on low inflammation can help you improve your overall health, not just not being sick but also improving energy, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. This book brings it all together and shows you how to optimize your life.

Life Changing!
“The Anti-Inflammatory Book for Women over 40” is truly a game changer. First off, I love how this book is centered solely to women. As women, we know first hand that we operate differently than men! Our bodies, minds, hormones all function at a different pace. So when it comes to inflammation, our bodies react differently to it than men’s bodies do. Second, I love that this book is focused on women over the age of 40. This truly elevates the book to a level that is relatable to women in this stage of their life who are experiencing acute or chronic inflammation. Our bodies and minds work differently after a certain age, so when the author talks about sleep, exercise, gut health and healthy eating, she knows these factors function differently compared to our 20s and 30s.
