So many great techniques
You will hear both voices of this couple throughout the book. It is chocked full of techniques for increasing focus.
It really is designed to repeat to improve your conscious focus practice with exercises that feel right. The guided relaxation in the final chapter is especially cool.

Absolutely Amazing
Would you listen to Focus! again? Why?
Yes. Many times. And then some. So that I can internalize the many gems found in the audio.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Focus!?
The nine part breathing technique was absolutely amazing. Simple yet powerful. Blew me away.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
There were many moments that particularly moved me. The most striking one for me was the emphasis on keeping the practice short and enjoyable.
Any additional comments?
This audiobook is a real gem. I feel honored to be the first one to review it. While listening to it, I kept having aha moments after aha moments.
This audio does not merely deserve five stars. If I could, I would give it seven stars or nine stars or even more.
Many practical techniques for developing and training the attention are covered.
The most important thing I found was the practical wisdom in applying the techniques. For instance:
1. The emphasis on making the practice enjoyable, especially in the beginning.
2. The detailed explanation of "why", not just the "how".
3. Recognizing that people will have different inclinations and encouraging them to pick the techniques that they find suitable.
On the whole, I would absolutely encourage anyone interested in developing or training mindfulness, concentration, focus or attention to get try this one.
I wholeheartedly recommend it.
