Forgive Yourself and Let Go of Unhelpful Guilt the Mindfulness Way encourages a change of perspective. You relax deeply, learn to pause for a while and observe your inner thoughts and feelings from a more detached point of view.
This change of focus helps you simply to notice unhelpful, blaming thoughts and feelings, acknowledge their presence and then gently let them go with your breathing. This helps create a mental and physical state of calm in which to find the part of you that can be compassionate to others and then ask that part to be compassionate to yourself.
Lynda enhances the recording by adding hypnotic suggestions that can strengthen the positive overall effect.
Research bears out that regular mindfulness practice results in less stress, less strain and less strident whirring of the mind and encourages more objectivity, more balance and more satisfaction in your life. as always, excellent results
First started listening to her audio through public library downloads, before amazon had her. Really works well for me, especially the anger one. Very soothing, pleasant voice. Would like to see one on self esteem.
