Publisher's summary

The audiobook is a series of stories from Caitlin's first meeting with David Grove to the development of Clean Modeling for groups and contains the principles and models underpinning Systemic Modeling. This book gives an intervention to group dynamics and the way you can kick a self exploration

Clean language is a dead simple and dead powerful way to start the cycle of exploration and compassion. It’s brilliant!
I recommend this book to leaders, change agents, facilitators and anyone working with teams and communication

A worthy ready for team and organizational Change Agents

Recommend for all people wanting to work in the field of interpersonal improvement, especially in OD, agile transformation, team coaches and related disciplines.

Love that Caitlin is the narrator of her own book and compelling life story. She has great vocal qualities and narration especially when animating the dialogues from her interventions...

You do miss out on the lovely illustrations from the book, so recommend the book as well.

Life-Changing Work

Caitlin's work changed my entire world in the span of around 5 hours and 43 minutes, the length of this narrated book. Clean language makes sense to me, albeit I have to work constantly to "get it" and use it well - still a work in progress. Caitlin's contribution to the work David Grove started, however, is miraculous. It is obvious that systemic modelling demonstrates faith in others' abilities to find their own truths; and, coupled with the modeller taking a neutral stance, the outcomes can be astonishing.
