About this listen

“This story engrossed me from page one. I was rooting for Pearson long before I should have because he’s so complicatedly endearing.” (Jana Aston, NYT best-selling author)

To put it bluntly, Rose Wilson’s life sucks.

When she finally gets the courage to divorce her abusive husband, she never imagines his prick of an attorney could be so cold-hearted.

Needless to say, she loses everything, including her precious daughter.

Imagine her shock when said attorney ends up as one of her new patients at the substance abuse center where she works.

Rage sinks its claws into her as she throws his chart against the wall.

How can she remain an empathetic counselor to her worst enemy, bad boy Pearson West, who helped destroy her life?

Turns out, the cocky bastard, with his startling blue-gray eyes, way too sexy mouth, and tight jeans, soon has her lusting after him.

Can Rose rise above her hatred - and lust - and maintain her professionalism to help him?

Or will they both lose even more than they already have?

Ashes to flames

I actually enjoyed this listen, I guess maybe because I could relate to it in so,e areas, and it wasnt your typical romance, the drama wasnt over the top and i really enjoyed Montana and her Mister, i did laugh about the clicky shoes … to bad so many found it awful, but i didnt I liked how the family pulled together and I totally get some of it because its life and one can relate to the seriousness of some things… not all romance is fluffy happy times …
I enjoyed the narrators as they were new for me, and I always like A M Hargrove books ☺️

one of the good ones

I really like this book. It gives a look into 3 of the major problems people are facing today. There was domestic abuse, substance abuse and child abuse. It makes one step and think. The narrator(s)were awesome. You could feel the emotions through their voices.

Best one in the series.

This series satisfies all my romantic cravings. To say the stories are good is an understatement, From Smoke to Flames is a fantastic story. The story feels so real reading/listening to the book, my emotions are all over the place, I cry, laugh my heart rates are up and down all in the best ways. My heart breaks for Pearson, Rose and Montana, Pearson struggles to fight his demons and be worthy of Rose’s love. Great story.

**Addicted**

Ok so my favorite authors were Aurora Rose Reynolds, Jordan Silver, Whitney G, Kendall Ryan and a few more others that when I go looking for new releases?... They are the first ones I go searching for but I was given a book by my friend to see if I’d like to add her/him to my list of Besties!! 😘”And I read ‘FOR THE LOVE OF ENGLISH’ by AM HARGROVE” and that was it. “I’m Addiicted” I just bought 3 of her books and will continue on until I’ve read all of her material and also the collaboratid ones. She’s a fresh of breath air and actually is honestly real when you take on a relationship with someone whose a single mom/dad . I love the narration of the kids in the story they are so funny and with the right people to narrate any one of her books💋💋💋

Just an okay story for me

Narration by David Vaughn was great. Female narrator was good, but I’m not a fan of her voice. The story itself was just okay. The premise of the story and the character development was decent. The characters were interesting and at time amusing (mostly the kids). Overall I felt like the story dragged.
