Listening to this excellent novel by Tamara Alexander was greatly enhanced by the beautiful narration. Any of these men speaking could have been my brothers or cousins. It was not mocking or condescending. I have never read a book by this author that did not touch me in some way. The way she portrays Faith, the characters relationship with God is realistic. This one was a free selection from Audible plus but I am going to buy it to enjoy again.
