Boring and unhelpful, save your credit

I struggled to get through this book without tuning large chunks of it out, which is a shame. It gets way too distracted with anecdotal stories that do little to propel the overall narrative and the narrator's tone and inflections leave much to be desired. The section on dream yoga was a drag and could've been a third as long and more impactful with proper editing. I wanted to like this book, but it definitely fell very flat. Again, a downright shame.
