Travis Thrasher
In Ghostwriter by Travis Thrasher—the Stephen King of Christian fiction—a successful horror writer becomes trapped in a web of inexplicable evil. Grief-stricken and desperate, Dennis Shore mails his publisher a novel he didn’t write. But after his plagiarized submission receives high praise, he encounters its aggrieved author. And as this vengeful soul threatens his career, his sanity, and even his life, Dennis begins to experience all the horrors of his own fiction.

Critic reviews
“A scary page-turner [with] an emotional wallop.” ( Publishers Weekly)
The writing was atrocious at times...perhaps it's just me but I found myself annoyed by the author's over use of "this guy" and several other phrases. I felt cheated the story didn't flow better and irritated the main character made some just plan stupid choices. The ending was lack luster for me. Throughout the story I wondered was the main character being stalked or is he going crazy. I will not give away the ending but even after it was somewhat spelled out I still didn't feel satisfied nor was I convinced.
The narrator...well....he sounded as if he should have been reading a Mickey Spillane novel. He wasn't bad, mind you, just a little over dramatic in the suspenseful voice department for my liking.
All in all... that's 9hrs 23mins of my life I'll never get back.
Almost didn't finish it.
