first few times I listened to it it didn't have much of an effect but once I started concentrating to it and relaxing, I was out assist every single time I listened. Hardly ever stayed awake through the full induction period.
the story the take you on I beautiful and dream like, you're essentially sailing on a boat of comfort to sleepy land.
I quite often wake up an hour or two later too take out my headphone and then fall dead asleep again.

As far as mental effects go, I can't say if it has or hasn't helped but I do find myself enjoying my mornings more.
