But that cutthroat mentality makes the process much harder than it has to be—especially in an economic downturn, when customers are more suspicious and defensive. It's far more productive (and satisfying) when salespeople think like Go-Givers and focus exclusively on creating value for the customer.

Great mindset introduction, ending with practical steps to take action on!
For me, knowing what to do is different than doing them. This book gave me a unique perspective. I’m not only how I can, but I should. Great book for anyone stuck had a particular level in sales.
