I lost a few people and one very special dog in the last 5 years. thank you for validating my feelings about the losses. I forget that it is world wide and enjoyed the readings at the end. the author did a lot of research on the subject and it was appreciated.

hello, friend

I felt it was a nice mixture of relatable stories with some non denominational scriptures. I am not religious, but enjoyed the readings and didn’t find them to be preachy in any way. I lost my best friend Joey several years ago, and still have not “moved on”, and it felt good to be able to let go a little bit more. Some laughter, lots of tears, and a pretty easy listen. If you are grieving and think you are alone, this book will help you realize that you are not, and it’s okay.

Very enjoyable...

I appreciated the validation of my feelings. Was a good read when I needed the words I could not find during a time of grief.

Mostly cute stories about his dog and ways to think about your dog that is gone too soon or after a long life. It was somewhat comforting. Idk if I would buy it again if I knew what it contained or not. So probably not too helpful of a review.

This book has been very helpful, especially the ending - saying goodbye with meaningful readings, creating a special remembrance. I struggle with saying goodbye.

This book was so well written that i can now not only understand it from a christian point of but other religions as well. That is wonderful. I Thank the Author for doing and sharing this with me so I can see how much other religions are like our own.

This book brought tears to my eyes and smiles to my face, sadness to my heart and regrets for my Bailey Boo, my first dog. I felt like the worst dog owner, because I couldn’t stay there when we decided to put him down. I felt like such a coward to not have been there with him as the Veterinarian euthanized my big dog Bailey. I have missed him since and always will. You’re a good dog Bailey and I hope you have all the treats you want and deserve. I Love you- Dad

I disliked the numerous quotes in a row toward the end. I would have preferred more stories between the quotes. Recommended for anyone experiencing the loss of a beloved family pet
