Wonderful gratitude meditation

It was a lovely meditation on gratitude. I will listen to it several times. It was very helpful to refocus a sense of appreciation for my day. The author has a lovely voice as well.

Very relaxing and peaceful meditations

I found this meditation of gratitude by Dr. Nerina Ramlakhan very pleasant. Her voice and the background music were also soothing and comforting. Feeling the gratitude towards the big and small things in life generates positivity and hope beyond words. I would certainly cherish this meditation a lot in the long run and it's now in my favorites.
