Some reviewers may find the chiming from the bowls distracting, but I find the volume is perfect and the sound is very soothing. If you truly align your breathing with the tempo of the chimes, it works every time. I'm usually asleep before the last chimed breath, and always asleep before the 10 minutes audio is done.
