Combines The Best Ideas in One Audible
I have listened to a lot of different audibles about habits. This audible takes some of the best writings and ideas I’ve heard in others and combined them in a shorter version; short and quick to the point. It is worth purchasing this audible to get a short version that combines so many of the things I’ve heard from other authors.

I know there are tons of books on habits but I was looking for something more actionable and given that this is a "step-by-step guide", I wanted to give it a try. This is it!! This book can not be any more useful!. All the tips are laid out clearly and everything is actionable. Tons of relevant and practical information. There is plenty of techniques and tactics to build new good habits and I'm already noticing changes in my routine by implementing them.
