It's the little things!
Over the years I've come to realize that it's the LITTLE things that make the greatest impacts on our lives. This book does a great job of learning how to build good habits that will be the catalysts to these big impacts. The snowball effect is REAL with these things!!! Awesome book

It's the little things...
"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step", as the saying goes. This book reinforces the idea that it's just the little things that can make the biggest differences in our lives. The old adage of "look after the pennies and the the dollars will look after themselves". You don't have to change everything in your life - just a few little things, and then continue to make those changes. It pays off! This is a great little handbook that is purpose written and quite straight to the point. I would say it's a definite add to the library of any modern person!

Simplifying Habit Mastery!
Starting a new routine is easy but sticking to it is hard! This book helps breaking habit formation and mastery into a easy-to-follow steps starting from understanding the foundation of habits, starting small, creating a supportive environment, and piling one change over another. The advice follows in this book reminds me of the book The One Thing. I like the 20 essential tiny habits checklist. They are helpful to keep me in check.

Powerful habits!
I have listened to a lot of self-help books over the year, and this one deserves a spot at the top of the list. The author does a great job at connecting with the reader and explains why these tips and tricks work. My favorite section was delayed gratification. If you are not familiar with this concept, it will change your life. The narrator also has a great voice and excellent pacing - a joy to listen to.

Great help if your a procrastinator
If you're a procrastinator or have issues keeping organized, this is a great book to listen to. You will find a lot of tips and good information that can help you feel more organized each day. It will make you feel better about yourself and gives some great ideas about how to change bad habits into new good habits. Very much worth your time to listen to.

Great guide about habits
This is the best guide I have listen on the subject. Everyone has bad habits and would like to change them in 2021. Stop drinking. Stop smoking, or stop eating sugar or fast food. I really liked the 7 secrets and the chapter on accountability partner. I could to talk about this with my friends who have bad habits problems. I recommend it if you want to take back control of your routine and live your life better.

Empowering, Useful, Liberating
I've struggled with procrastination throughout much of my life, it started in school and progressed into my professional life. While it hasn't taken over my ability to function, it is a definite issue, so I decided to look into self help around this problem, which is when I found Little Habit Mastery
This audiobook has been an incredible resource for me thus far. The author lays out clear steps and techniques for developing habits that promote productivity, and eliminating procrastination. Since listening, my productivity has at least doubled, and I'm finding myself with extra time to take care of additional tasks in my every day life.
The narrator is easy to understand and is engaging, without droning on on a given topic. For anyone looking to overcome procrastination and develop positive/productive habits, I would definitely recommend this title!

Have you ever tried to break an old habit and create a new one? It is not always easy but this audiobook clearly explains to you why your bad habit is difficult to break. It also gives you the tools you need to be able to break it permanently and empower you to cultivate new ones. The narration is soothing and enjoyable to listen to. Highly recommended

Such a good book!
Man this book helped kick my butt into gear! I am a focused driven person -but struggle with waking up before 7am - and this book among so many other things showed me how to do it!! It helps you understand the brain and why we do certain things an also how to implement the changes with small steps! A must listen - audio book!
