Empowering, motivating and inspiring . . .

This book is read by the authors, Brooke and Sarah. It's such an easy listen - just feels like you are sitting down for a chat with two smart, funny, amazing women. They have compiled a wealth of information and resources with an easy to follow plan. Each time I wanted to stop the audio to take notes, I found the information already documented in the pdf provided. I love that this book talks about the importance of self care and how to tune in to the messages from your body. This is something often minimized and overlooked, but they make it an integral part of the plan. I highly recommend this book for anyone on a wellness journey who wants to feel empowered, motivated and inspired.

Real actionable advice!

This plan has helped me get to the point where I can finally work out after having adrenal and hypothyroid issues and my thyroid meds have even gone down! I can’t recommend it more!

Too many supplements

Skip this unless you can afford lots of tests and supplements. Also not really for anyone past menopause.
