Microbiome mega-boost
Low energy, bloating problems, and general stomach issues have unfortunately been an everyday hassle in life for some time now.
It's reassuring and comforting to know that it doesn't have to stay that way.
One of my favorite aspects of this book was understanding the link between negative emotional patterns and the havoc it can wreak on the stomach. Such an epiphany that I will be sharing with my family.
This book is essentially a 3-hour absorption session of discovering everything your gut needs, what's going wrong, and how to feel awesome, in a nutshell.
It's simple to take in and easy to digest (no pun intended). Love this audiobook.
I am extremely excited to see the tangible effect in real-time, both within my body and my physical appearance without.
PS: Hidden factor to this book that's amazing; having a flat belly! Win-win.

Wonderful Read!
This audiobook is filled with good information on cutting weight and being healthy. As a professional fighter I really enjoyed this book. Not only is the narrator fun and inviting this listen also come with a diet plan for 30 days. There’s a lot of yummy meals that are easy to cook and the instructions are well written which makes it easy to follow. I highly recommend this book

Grateful I Found This When I Did
As a C-Section baby and someone who has taken antibodies in her life, I found this book at a time when Im sick and tired of being sick and tired. The acne, the bloating, the inflammation, and the diarrhea (yup, I went there). It was too much.
This book was exactly what I needed. It motivated me enough to take action by understanding the why and giving me clear direction on how to start that wasnt overly overwhelming. Feeling very grateful for this book.

Gut health is the key to overall health!
This is such an important topic for everyone to learn about!
When I was little I was constantly on and off antibiotics. I have a lowered immune system (supposedly by nature) and as a young adult and into my adult life I've been diagnosed with depression and have been on and off antidepressants. In addition, I have been diagnosed with IBS, supposed ulcers, colitis, and other BS that I'm not sold on. It wasn't until I saw a naturopath a couple of years ago that I began to understand that gut health = holistic health and when I started tweaking my diet and began finding my symptoms lessening.
I've since delved into learning about fermented foods and the connection between mental health and gut health. Our intenstinal flora is so important to keep happy and healthy!
Please read this book and learn how to take the best care of yourself you can!
