About this listen

Heartwrenching. Everyone agreed on that but no one could ever quite make out the words…but the melody was haunting to the few who heard it…and never forgot it…

Haunted houses weren’t on the schedule but while waiting out a snow storm that has them stranded after performing in Colorado, Maddie and her friends are staying at one of the city’s historic homes thanks to her father’s quick talking. Before long, they find themselves intrigued by the stories of the mysterious and haunting melody that many have heard but no one has been able to figure out where it comes from…or what it means…

They learn from the owners of the historic home they are staying at as they wait out the storm that a long ago ancestor’s disappearance may be the key to the haunting melody.

But it has been over a hundred years and no one else including Maeve’s family…then and now…has been able to figure out the mystery of her sudden disappearance. Will Maddie along with her friends and family be able to unweave the information in the family’s journals...and will it answer the century old questions?

Raindrops and Tears is the ongoing story of four young women and their determination to maintain a level of normalcy in their lives even as what started as little more than a silly impractical dream takes an unexpected turn. Even as their names become known to all and the popularity of their style of music soars high in a world they are new to, they are unwavering in their resolve not to veer from what it most important to them…family, friends, and home.

Haunted Melody is the third book in the Raindrops and Tears series.

Boring

I don’t know if it was the story or the AI narrator. They title details looked good and it started off ok and in one area it got pretty good. But by the end it was just meh. To each their own I guess. I’m sure there are others that love it.
