Helpful to hear even 3 months later

My mother died unexpectedly in February and I was the one to find her deceased. I think no matter if your loved one died by cancer/car accident /overdose/ etc this book is a gift to listen to. I found myself crying during moments I was reading because it was as if my mind was writing the book. Well done! thank you for putting words onto paper that were in my own head stuck. God bless

I happened upon this book three months after my mom died. Oh, how I wish I would have started listening to it day one. I sent a copy in the mail to my sister.

I wish I found this book sooner

Having lost my mother almost 10 years ago I only wish I had found this book a little sooner than the time of this review. Our moms are our first loves and their loss hurts the most to a great many of us. This book is a wonderful guide how to manage your grief with the hopes we don’t feel as weighed down and overwhelmed by it and a good tool for others to use as well if your partner or friend is struggling with this particular grief. She may have departed the physical world, but spiritually her love for you will never depart.

Best Grief Book By Far

I know there are a lot of books going over how to deal with the loss of a loved one. This book is by far the best when it comes with dealing with the loss of your mother. It clearly explains that no one grieves the same nor is there a timeline that you have to grieve. It explains the stages in a different light not the same as the 7 stages of grief. It's more in detail and in touch with true emotions. I'm glad I read/listened to this book. It really helped me with dealing with the loss of my mom.

Steps to take, The Art of moving.

I enjoyed the break down. Adding examples to make it understandable. I enjoyed the calmness in her voice & tone it helped me center the moment I was in & what I was feeling.
