A book of blessings. Grieve and heal.
I am one of the millions of people who are still grieving the untimely passing of a loved one.
Listening to this book allowed me to acknowledge and understand the feelings and emotions I have gone through.
It's kind of cathartic to listen to this book. A good way to release mental stress after going through the grieving and mourning periods. It comes and goes but knowing that there are ways to cope is very important.
