inspiring!!!!

Makes me feel so blessed and grateful for the ability to take care of myself. it sets the positive mindset you need to keep pushing through when life gets difficult or you get down. these affirmations make you take a deep breath and say wow look all I have in life and I am doing so much for my health! It makes you want to do more!!!

Good Information

Perfect for Early Morning Runs!

This is a great idea! The affirmations are encouraging to hear during my workouts and the upbeat music helps me keep my rythm. I also like that every chapter has a different background music. Would definitely recommend.
